Returns & Exchanges

At Splendies, we want you to love your 3-pair sets; however, due to the intimate nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, sets that have been tried on or removed from their individual packaging are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the 3-pair set you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the packing slip inside a secure mailing envelope.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from your email and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
